We truly hope that you will love your WRAPDRIVE pieces! However, in the event that you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will happily accept your return providing it meets the below criteria:

Reason for RETURN
1. CHANGE OF MIND/WRONG SIZE
For any change of mind or wrong size, you can simply return the incorrect size for an 100% in-store credit or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.
Items purchased from WRAPDRIVE can be returned for a full refund less shipping cost (Standard shipping: A$ 8.00 and Express shipping: A$12.00) within 30 days of delivery.
Please inspect your product/s as soon as it arrives and email us at email@example.com with issue. Returns can only be accepted if:
- Item must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear etc.)
- Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted
- All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken
All items (except CLEARANCE items) can be returned for an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping is payable by the customer:
- Standard return shipping: A$ 8.00
- Express return shipping: A$12.00
- International return shipping: Will be quoted
If the requested exchange is out of stock, you will be automatically refunded for the item.
If it is a sale item, you will be issued a store credit
4. SALE AND PROMOTIONAL/FREE ITEMS
All items purchased on sale or in promotion can only be returned for a in-store credit only (unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law).
5. FAULTY ITEM/INCORRECT ITEM

Our customer care team will contact you and we will either replace, refund or store credit depending on the circumstances.
Please do not return any incorrect or damaged goods before getting in touch with our customer care team through our contact page.
6. To Return an Item
